5) Child's Pose

Relax into the posture, hold for 4-6 breaths.

3) Bridge

Starting at your tailbone, as you breath in, slowly peel the spine up off the floor. As you breath out, slowly lower the spine starting at the upper back, finishing with the tailbone.

Repeat 6-10 times.

4) Reclining twist.

Keeping knees and ankles together, breathe out taking the legs to the right, breathe in and return them to centre. Repeat to the left. Continue 6-8 times.

1 & 2. Cat flowing with downward facing dog.

Perform cat on the in breath and dog on the out breath. Flow from one to the other 6-10 times.
