​If weight loss is your goal then diet becomes the key element. I create nutritional plans to suit your tastes and through a daily monitoring of your food intake and weekly weigh in, I can steer you to your goals.

​A combination of exercise (to help maintain your muscle mass - which is your engine burning calories) and dietary amendments you can achieve your ideal weight and keep it!

​An initial 45 minute consultation is £25. This is at your home, so we can check out your cupboards and kitchen equipment! (Only available in Hull & East Riding area)

6 week meal plan with daily food monitoring and weekly weigh is £120 (Only available in Humber region)

​6 week meal plans combined with Personal training and nutritional support £180 (Only available in Humber region)

Why Personal Training.

​​​​1-2-1 and small group sessions are tailored to your goals. Constant monitoring and regular support keeps you focussed and ensures correct performance of the exercises. My aim is to ensure the exercise session is varied and fun.  I favour bodyweight (or light dumbell) exercises performed circuit style allowing a continuous cardiovascular effect, total body conditioning and maximum fat burning. Why not buddy up with a like minded friend, share the cost and double the fun. Research has shown you are more likely to be committed to your sessions and achieve you goals when you enlist the help of a friend!.
